Shipping

All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Domestic orders are shipped via Parcel Post and international orders are sent via tracked post. At this time, I do not ship to the United States or Canada.

Orders are generally shipped once a week, or twice a week during peak times.

Orders $150 and over receive free shipping within Australia.

I hold no responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Returns and Exchanges

I do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If an item arrives to you and is faulty, then I will do my best to accommodate an exchange for the same or similar item, or a refund. This is at my discretion. Most of my items are very limited but I will do my best to ensure that any problem is resolved. Please contact me if your item arrives and is faulty. Items must be returned in original condition and photos of faults must be provided prior to an issue of refund or exchange.

Changes to Orders

Once an order is placed, I am unable to amend them for change of mind. I try to keep my shipping turn around as quick as possible, and changes to orders once they are placed cause delays within the system. Please be sure that the item that you are checking out on is the one that you want.
